Documentation Supervision
Before starting any renovation, an exhaustive review of the initial documentation is carried out to ensure that all aspects of the project comply with current regulations and the required quality standards, as well as the technical and administrative specifications.
Inter-institutional Coordination
Regular site visits are carried out to verify progress and ensure that the work is executed as planned, maintaining quality and safety at every stage of the process.
Deadline Compliance Control

Night Tour
A night tour is organized throughout the municipality once the renovations are completed, together with municipal staff and the companies involved, to evaluate the quality of the lighting. During this tour, lighting objectives are defined, reviewing the aesthetic, functional and safety impact. The proper selection of luminaires is verified in terms of efficiency and sustainability, the light distribution is analyzed to ensure uniform and safe coverage, the energy efficiency of the installations is assessed, and the proper operation of smart control systems is checked to ensure efficient lighting management.
